OSHA Construction Safety Courses.
OSHA 10-Hour for the Construction Industry course, is the industry’s most requested safety training. This class gives employees a better understanding of federal and state safety requirements on construction sites. It is now common for contracts to contain the stipulation that employees must have completed the 10-hour course prior to being allowed access to the job site.
This course provides an excellent overview for construction employees/laborers/supervisors/foremen with safety and health responsibilities and for employees involved in safety teams and committees and general work duties. The course will provide an introduction to OSHA policies, procedures and standards and basic occupations, as well as safety and health principles. Special emphasis is placed on the most hazardous areas covered by the OSHA standards. Prepares participants for OSHA inspections, and helps each person to understand how OSHA regulation affects the job site.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHA construction safety and health 10-hour card.
This class will be taught in English only.
Who Should Attend? Safety Coordinators, Foremen, Construction Workers, Site Superintendents, Members of Safety Teams or Committees, and other Construction Related Employees.
Dates: Choice 1 – April 26, 2019 and April 29, 2019 Must attend both days
Choice 2 – July 19, 2019 and July 22, 2019 Must attend both days
Times: 8 am to 2 pm each day. Includes lite breakfast and lunch. If students have special dietary needs please bring your own food.

Cost: $199.00 per person. Minimum 7 people for class to go, Maximum 10 people.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund policy: There is a $25 cancellation fee for all OSHA Safety Class registrations, when the participant or attendee cancels their participation or delays their participation. The customer has one week (5 business days) prior to the start date of the class to cancel the registration entirely or to transfer to another class. The customer may replace a canceled registrant with a substitute or forfeit fees. No shows for any class will not be refunded and will be required to re-register and pay for any additional classes. All funds must be paid before the first day of any class. SCS reserves the right to cancel any course. If we cancel a course, you will be reimbursed the full registration fee.
