OSHA 30-Hour for the Construction Industry Course

OSHA 30 Hour Course: 

The course combines important textual information with relevant, real-life examples from the field.  This course provides a comprehensive safety training experience, an overview to OSHA policies, procedures and standards and basic occupations, as well as safety and health principles. Additionally, the course covers a wide range of workplace hazards covered by the OSHA standards. Students will leave the course with an excellent working knowledge of OSHA and how it affects them in their work. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHA construction safety and health 30-hour card.

 *Intro to OSHA and the OSH Act, * OSHA Record-keeping * Occupational Health and Environmental Controls * HAZCOM

* Personal Protective Equipment * Fire Prevention and Protection * Stairs & Ladders * Material Handling * Scaffolds 

* Excavation * Signs, Signals, and Barricades * Motor Vehicles * Rollover Protective Structures * Lockout/Tagout

Electrical * Fall Protection * Powered Industrial Trucks * Cranes * Confined Space

Who Should Attend? Safety and Project Managers, Management Staff, Supervisors and Lead Persons, Employees involved with safety operations.

Scheduled Courses: June 2019

Dates:        Day 1: June 11, 2019,  Day 2: June 13, 2019, Day 3: June 18, 2019, Day 4:June 20, 2019.  Must attend all days

Times:       8 am to 5 pm each day.  Includes lite breakfast and lunch. If students have special dietary needs please bring your own food.

Cost:         $525.00  per person.  Minimum 10 people for class to go, Maximum 30 people.
